Gracing the Homes of Dhyan Sangha Hosts

A community-driven initiative, Dhyan Sangha is an effort to spread the joy of meditation to each and every neighborhood. With its initiation in 2022, 80+ families at SRM Delhi have opened their doors to members from diverse cultures and age groups, offering them a meditation experience which they acknowledge as “much-needed” and exhilarating. They are organized once a month at the residence of the host families.

The home of Harin Prabhu and Veena Prabhu, both dedicated seekers at SRM, lit up with joy unlike ever before when Sri Guru arrived to bless them along with all the eager attendees assembled there. What followed was a Samagam that offered them a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to seek guidance from the Master, find clarity, and dissolve their doubts about meditation and life. Sri Guru emphasized how dedicating just one hour a day in the right direction is enough for us to see visible spiritual changes.
